On Monday, the new One Stop Express Student Services center opened on the ground floor of Hodges Library. One Stop can be accessed by phone at 974-1111 or online at http://onestop.utk.edu. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Along with the opening of the physical location, the One Stop website is now live at http://onestop.utk.edu. It collects student-focused financial aid, records, registration, student account, and other business-related information previously accessed via three separate websites: financial aid, bursar, and registrar. While many of the pages on these sites are now redirecting traffic to the One Stop site, if your department's website currently links to student information on any of these sites, you will need to update your links to reflect the changes. 

Please note that while the financial aid website has been completely absorbed by the One Stop website, business-related information primarily directed toward faculty and staff will remain available on both the bursar and registrar's websites. 

Additionally, the bursar's website now has a new URL: http://bursar.utk.edu (formerly http://web.utk.edu/~bursar). Please update your site links to reflect this change as well.
