ALOHA OE :: FINAL REMINDER

On April 25, your student received a formal invitation to attend the Aloha Oe Commencement Ceremony and Senior Reception honoring the Class of 2013. As a parent of a graduating student, you are also invited to attend the ceremony. If you are unable to attend, please encourage your student stop by the Parents Association table at the reception.

Aloha Oe is one of UT's oldest commencement traditions and serves as a celebration of student life during the undergraduate years. This year's ceremony will take place tonight, May 7, 2013 at 7:30pm on the lawn of Ayres Hall. Seniors will meet in Cox Auditorium of Alumni Memorial Building at 7:00pm to walk up the Hill. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held in the Alumni Memorial Building.

The Keynote Speaker for Aloha Oe will be Condredge Holloway Jr. He is a UT Alum as well as a former University of Tennessee quarterback, and one of the most celebrated players in UT history. Attire for the event will be casual for parents and families. Students should wear their graduation cap and gown. Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a catered reception honoring the Class of 2013.
