Friends,

Florida will host our 2014 Southern Region Meeting in Naples, Florida (Florida Gulf Coast).  We will be at a resort hotel on the beach.  The dates are October 22-24 (Wednesday – Friday).  We already have a contract with the hotel.  I’m sure some folks will want to stay over for Saturday and/or Sunday if we can extend the conference rate of $139/night.   Our contract has very few rooms allocated for us over that following weekend.  I think we can get additional rooms, but it would be good to have an idea of how many might be interested in staying over.  I’ve been reminded that this is a resort hotel and they don’t usually like to book Friday night rooms if the guest is not staying Saturday night as well. 

Can you let me know if you think you’d plan to stay for the weekend?  I promise not to hold you to it!  Thanks.
