The UT School of Information Sciences offers two alumni awards to recognize outstanding SIS alumni at the annual graduation and awards ceremony held in May. These awards are the Innovator's Award and the Distinguished Alumni Award. Recipients of the awards are asked to attend the hooding ceremony on May 10 and say a few words to the graduates. Please consider the nominee's ability to attend the ceremony when making a nomination. You may review the criteria for each award and the nomination process at http://www.sis.utk.edu/alumni/distinguishedalumni. The deadline for nominations is April 17, 2013.
