Hi Tori, I bet you are exited and anxious about the fast approaching conference. I am really looking forward to it. Can you send out the directions again for how to modify your registration if you registered before the breakout sessions were available. I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Also, attached is the volunteer form. I can be a room host a couple of times. Of course I would prefer doing the sessions I sign up for but can do others if you need. Please note that if you have not registered, online registration will end Tuesday, April 23. After this date, only onsite registrations will be accepted at a cost of $700.00. If you have registered, but have not made your breakout choices, please do so today if possible. This is imperative to help decide the room size for each session. We would like to print the meeting room locations in the program book, but the book has to be sent to the printer no later than tomorrow, so please make your choices today. In regards to lodging, the block at the Marriott and Astor Crowne Plaza closed on Friday, April 5. The block at the Omni Royal Crescent will remain open until next Monday, April 15.
