The DRS Manager will play an integral role in the creation and implementation of a shared research services function. Responsibilities include creating a detailed implementation plan for the DRS group, designing and operating model (including people and resourcing model) recruiting, training and development of operational quality, utilization and financial metrics to ensure the delivery of exceptional research services to internal customers.
