IT Analyst III, Office of the University Registrar - 130000004X
Description
 Pay Grade 42 - DOE&Q

The Office of the University Registrar invites nominations and applications for the position of IT Analyst III.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The IT Analyst III is primarily responsible for responding to/fulfilling data requests made by the University community and by outside entities.  This position utilizes existing reports and develops and writes new reports as needed.  The IT Analyst III works closely with other University departments, and must be capable of building professional relationships with diverse groups of co-workers.  In addition to reporting functions, this position also comprises business process review and development.  The IT Analyst III will support the execution/communication of standard reports on a scheduled basis, and will develop new reports and processes to meet University needs as required.



Qualifications

 Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and prior work experience in a university/college setting.  Experience with student information systems or other enterprise systems. Experience with Oracle reporting tools, Microsoft Office and the ability to learn computer programs quickly required. Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle.  Ability to work in a team environment required. Must have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work with detailed information.

Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Banner student information system, PL/SQL, SAS, MS SQL Reporting Services or other reporting tools.  Familiarity with university curricula and university policies and procedures.
