Greetings-

My name is Abby Strain and I am an AmeriCorps member with CAC AmeriCorps Knoxville. I contacted you all a few months ago to recruit volunteers for the Electronic Waste Recycling Event. Thank you to those of you who helped out with that event!

I am currently recruiting volunteers for this year's EarthFest, Knoxville's Earth Day Celebration. This event will take place on Saturday, April 20th, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., at Pellissippi State's Hardin Valley Campus.

Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering as an individual or if the Canoe and Hiking Club would like to volunteer as a group.

We are looking for volunteers for the following shifts:
    Friday, April 19th: Set-Up (Morning &Afternoon)
    Saturday, April 20th: Event Day (Morning, Midday, & Afternoon)
    Sunday, April 21st: Clean-up (Morning)

If you sign up to volunteer on the day of the event, Saturday, April 20th, I will send you an email to ask which stations you prefer to work at. Station assignments will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please see the attachment with the descriptions of the different stations.
