This is the second year the Department of Nuclear Engineering held the Nuclear Engineering Graduate Student Recruitment Weekend at UT. The department hosts upwards of twenty potential nuclear engineering graduate students and educates them on the benefits of joining UT's Nuclear Engineering graduate program. (read more)

Imagine having the power to read the mint date on the head of a nickel on the moon, from earth. That’s the power of one of the two new electron microscopes at UT, which were shown off at the JIAM Electron Microscopy Center Grand Opening on February 6, 2013 in SERF. (read more)

Tickle Building Spring Update

John D. Tickle Engineering Building

Fall 2013 will bring the opening of the newest engineering building on the College’s campus. The John D. Tickle Engineering Building will house the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. (read more)
