Nuclear Engineering Seeks Best and Brightest Graduate Students
This is the second year the Department of Nuclear Engineering held the Nuclear Engineering Graduate Student Recruitment Weekend at UT. Howard Hall, Governor’s Chair for Nuclear Security, is spearheading research initiatives at the University of Tennessee to advance the field. Future nuclear engineer Michael Willis works alongside Hall, creating new methods to track nuclear terrorist attacks. (read more)

Tickle Building Spring Update
Fall 2013 will bring the opening of the newest engineering building on the College’s campus. The John D. Tickle Engineering Building will house the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. (read more)
