I am currently working on research that considers the concept of White
Privilege and how this concept influences LIS. I have already
conducted focus group research at the Joint Conference of Librarians
of Color discussion the definition and understanding of White
Privilege. I would like to conduct similar focus groups with LIS
educators at ALISE in order to enrich the data and identify any
alternative views or understandings of the concept.
