Hello all from Louisiana -

Our DED would be Regional Directors – as mentioned previously there are 5 regions. These positions require a PhD with demonstrated leadership ability, faculty rank at Associate Professor level.

Our CED would be Parish Chairs – these are advertised for a 3 year rotation. Agents have to re-apply at end of the three year cycle, if interested. Associate Agent level, 5 years experience.

Subject: Second set! DED and CED qualifications

And, while I have you on the line, could you also report whether or not your DEDs are required to have a PhD?

And, last but not least, I would appreciate seeing what your "minimum qualifications' are for your CED positions.

Thanks!  No Rush!

Sheri
