Steely Library<http://library.nku.edu/> at Northern Kentucky University<http://nku.edu/>, invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Library Informatics. The Bachelor's Degree of Science in Library Informatics is an online academic program of Steely Library offered in conjunction with the College of Informatics. Successful candidates will teach undergraduate online courses as well as coordinate the academic development of the program. Experienced, enthusiastic instructors with three-five years of full-time experience teaching in the fields of library or information science, or individuals with three-five years serving in an instructional role within an academic library will be considered for this position. Experience with online pedagogy is preferred. Required academic credential is a Master's Degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution. A Ph.D. in Library or Information Science or a second graduate degree in another relevant area of study is preferred.
