Hi,

This is a non-counseling question for high school counselors, but since it now falls under my area of responsibility, I am hoping someone else can direct me towards an answer. I am trying to line-up our Average Daily Minutes report, and can't get the state to recognize study hall as a class. Does it count as a class? It has a code (we are using 9605) but the report shows the kids are not enrolled full-time which impacts school funding.

High School counselors, if you offer study hall, how do you code it? Does it negatively impact your ADM?

I don't have any training in this and am stressing about being responsible for loss of funds, so any help would be appreciated!

Heather
