iSchool Grad Admissions Manager Matt Lechtenberg

To Be Honored at National Distance Learning Week Ceremony

 

In celebration of this year’s National Distance Learning Week (NDLW) from November 5th to the 9th, Drexel University Online will be hosting its sixth annual awards ceremony, honoring remarkable Drexel faculty and staff for their great accomplishments in the field of online learning.

 

The iSchool, College of Information Science and Technology at Drexel University is proud to announce that iSchool Graduate Admissions Manager, Matt Lechtenberg, will be honored at this ceremony as the recipient of the 2012 Outstanding Online Professional Staff Award.

 

The ceremony will also feature this year’s national honoree and keynote speaker, Karen Cator, who is the director of the Office of Educational Technology at the U.S. Department of Education. Her passion to better education through emerging technologies has achieved many outstanding results. Prior to joining the department, Cator directed Apple's leadership and advocacy efforts in education.
