Travel within the Metro DC area is required, with our office located in Rockville, Maryland. This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter with a subject matter expertise in the field of Information Management, including Library Support Services and Knowledge Management for the Federal Government. Responsibilities: § Demonstrate the ability to lead, influence and be a self-starter § Responsible for the oversight of public sector and commercial contracts § Prepare, write and edit proposals for contracts and task orders § Develop and implement strategy for contracts and clients § Support business development activities at existing clients § Managing, mentoring, and training assigned staff § Additional duties as required Qualifications: § Experience working with Federal or Local Government § MLS or MLIS Degree § Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal § Experience managing programs or projects § Ability to both work effectively in a virtual environment, and manage employees both on and off-site § Excellent organizational and time management skills § Ability to work in an environment requiring flexibility and meet deadlines § Ability to use office automation technologies, including Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, and Yammer a plus For immediate consideration, please apply at http://goo.gl/pKWi5 LAC Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer who values diversity in the workplace
