4. Innovation Analyst (KM) vacancy with a Global Law firm
Innovation Analyst (KM) vacancy with a Global Law firm - salary £50,000 to £60,000 - call Patrice on 0207 745 7245 or email [log in to unmask]
This is a senior level “Stand Alone” KM Specialist position to support their lawyers in Europe & Middle East and report to the Manager of Practice Innovation who is based in the states and there are other KM Specialists based in other locations worldwide etc.
The role is twofold in the sense that it is aimed at increasing the desire for KM good practice across the regions plus developing an acute understanding by the lawyers of how to embrace KM.
The role will require good technical skills (not software tools) but able to develop technical strategies for finding tools to support the attorneys. Good knowledge and experience of using SharePoint is preferable. Crucial to the role is to have an understanding of how a law firm earns its revenue and the person appointed will be involved in supporting big ‘pitches’ and have the gravitas to ‘hold their own’.
The person appointed should be comfortable with wearing different hats. For instance there may be some traditional KM aspects to oversee but then they are involved in developing social media tools etc and other big KM projects. Travel is not required to oversees offices.
