He has helped Fortune 500 companies, startups, government organizations, libraries and individuals understand and use these tools for their work. Previously, he was a Senior Information Specialist at Sun Microsystems. He has over 20 years of experience in public, academic and corporate libraries. His book, "Social Information: Gaining competitive and business advantage using social media tools," has just been published. Scott is a regular instructor for the Simmons GSLIS Continuing Education program. Eve Miller has over 25 years experience in the Library and Information Science field. She now works within the information industry's corporate sector where she specializes in ebooks, information literacy, reader's advisory, and collection development. Jason Puckett is Communication Librarian/Assistant Professor at GSU in Atlanta and a 2010 Library Journal Mover & Shaker. He writes and speaks about open-source software in libraries, digital rights management, and information literacy instruction topics. He podcasts at Adventures in Library Instruction and blogs at Librarian X. Jason is the author of the book "Zotero: A Guide for Librarians, Researchers and Educators."
