The School of Information and Library Science at Pratt Institute is pleased to announce the tenure-track appointment of Craig M. MacDonald, PhD as assistant professor beginning fall 2012. We are delighted that he is joining the Pratt-SILS faculty. Professor MacDonald received his Ph.D. in Information Studies from the iSchool at Drexel University in June 2012. His research focuses on understanding how users perceive and evaluate interactive computer systems, with a specific focus on the connections between usefulness, usability, and user experience.
