This professional position in the Office of Freight and Aviation Planning is devoted to performing innovative research, technical writing, and targeted outreach efforts regarding freight transportation facilities, operations, and shipments. Responsibilities and tasks will advance planning studies, public education, policies and strategies, and consensus building. The position involves working with the private sector, project teams, and a wide array of planning partners. Work is performed in accordance with professional standards and is subject to technical review by the Manager, Office of Freight and Aviation Planning.
