Arkansas Extension’s non-faculty employee recognition programs aren’t particularly innovative but are well-received by employees. We have the usual employee of the quarter and UA length of service awards. There is also an award recognizing State agency/institution career service. The attachment describes four other awards, the most successful of which (in my opinion) is the Extension Excellence Awards program. I’d be happy to discuss any of these with you. I am looking to enhance our College’s and experiment station NON-faculty employee recognition programs. Does anyone have anything to share regarding your current recognition programs, award amounts (if monetary), criteria, etc.?
