The ALISE Distance Education SIG is requesting presentation proposals for
their SIG session program for ALISE ‘13, Always the Beautiful Question:
Inquiry Supporting Teaching, Research, and Professional Practice. The
presentation should generally be on research in distance education with
preference going to presentations that match the theme of the conference,
address the role of international considerations in providing online
education, and use of technology to provide distance education experiences.
In addition, innovative presentation techniques are encouraged. Last year
the SIG presented its session using the pecha kucha method with Twitter
feed monitoring.

Please submit title, names of presenter(s), 50 word abstract, and ideas for
presentation mode to Nora Bird, SIGDE Convenor, [log in to unmask] by July 13,
2012. The session proposal is due on July 15th so you will be notified
quickly about acceptance.

Thank you for your interest in the Distance Education SIG.
