Subject: higher pay for urban agents
Good morning my Southern Region friends,
Ky is exploring paying a higher salary to agents working in Jefferson County(Louisville). It is our most urban county. Who else is paying more for agents working in urban areas and what kind of guidelines might you have about this procedure?
I would appreciate your assistance. Thanks.
Martha
