Good afternoon Campus Communicators,
In an effort to better serve you and each of your colleges, departments, and units, please share the following information.
In preparation for fiscal year-end system transfers, the last day the Main Bookstore and all branch location can accept departmental charges will be Thursday, June 28, 2012. Branch stores
include the Campus Technology Store, the Art & Architecture Campus Store, the Library Campus Store, the Conference Center Store, the Team Shop located in The Stokely Athletic Center, and the Team Shop located in Neyland Stadium. This suspension of departmental
charges includes employee payroll deductions and student scholarship charges. ALL DEPARTMENTAL CHARGES (for the new fiscal year) WILL RESUME ON MONDAY, JULY 2, 2012. Thank you for supporting your Campus Bookstore!
