TMG Regional Alliance meetings provide a forum for MG groups to network, mentor and share information. As a board, we feel these meeting help us identify the needs of groups across the state. Understanding individual county situations is necessary in creating successful programing and policy for the Master Gardener program. The meeting's objective is to improve communication by providing a face-to-face meeting between county and state leadership. Please bring your news of accomplishments, change and concerns to the meeting. We hope that each county member will be able to send at least one representative (more are welcome) to their respective Regional Alliance meeting (see dates, locations and times here<http://mastergardener.tennessee.edu/tmg_resources/advocates.asp>). ***Please make sure the MG group executive board is informed on what individual will be representing the membership on TMG Alliance voting. *** Regional Advocates hosting the meeting will share outcomes from 2012 Winter School and Agent Training. This year's meetings will include: 1. Voting for new TMG Advocacy Members (leadership of the TMG Alliance) 2. Revealing Plans for 2013 Winter School. 3. Marketing and Retention updates 4.
