Canoe and Hiking Club, I am an AmeriCorps member working for Knox County Solid Waste and we are sponsoring Knoxville's celebration of EarthDay called EarthFest. It is a large free public event at Pellissippi's Hardin Valley Campus with over 100 exhibitors and vendors and lots of family friendly, pet friendly activities. We are recruiting volunteers to keep the event running smoothly and we would appreciate Canoe and Hiking Club members to come out and help. If you're interested, the EarthFest website is below, and the volunteer form is also below. There are several shifts listed on the site, and a meal voucher will be provided valid at any food vendor.
