Through practice sessions, learn how to use RA tools, craft annotations,
read in genres, articulate appeal, and experiment with methods to offer
RA services. This course covers topics of interest to support staff,
library technicians and newly hired reference librarians in all types of
libraries. It's also an excellent refresher course Class segments are
geared to cover issues of interest to staff in all types of libraries.

 

This course does have weekly live chat sessions: Thursdays, 3:00pm
Central.

Additional coursework is completed weekly at the student's own pace.
