Illinois Avenue in Oak Ridge. Jeff Holt, a forester, will lead a workshop on mulching trees and shrubs. Areas to be covered will be: purpose of mulch, types of mulch, depth and mulch placement. Matt Cuttell from UT Plant Services extension will lead the herbicide application discussion.
