TO ALL SCHOOL COUNSELORS AND MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELORS (Tracy Horton, Secretary, Smoky Mountain Counseling Association) The Smokey Mountain Counseling Association (SMCA) is an association whose purpose is to unite in one organization all persons engaged or interested in any phase of counseling and developmental work in East Tennessee. Any person who is engaged in or interested in counseling and development work in the East Tennessee area is eligible to become a member Please join us for our next meeting on Tuesday, March 6, @ 4:00 p.m. at Aubrey’s Restaurant in Lenoir City as we share ideas for helping students develop positive friendships.
