Join STC-ETC for this year’s Hill Lecture by Stephen S. Hall on Tuesday

Come hear Stephen S. Hall, a science writer famed for his New York Times Magazine cover stories, speak on “Alternative Universes: Different Ways of Thinking about Science – and Science Journalism.” Hall is also the author of six nonfiction books about contemporary science.

Hall will be presenting at this year’s Hill Lecture on Tuesday, March 13 at 8p.m. in the Shiloh Room of the University Center.

This year will mark the 20th Hill Lecture, which is made possible by an endowment created by Tom Hill and Mary Frances Hill Holton in honor of their parents, Alfred and Julia Hill, founders of The Oak Ridger.

Parking is available in the garage on Phillip Fulmer Way next to the University Center. Refreshments will be served before and after the lecture. The program is free and open to the public, but come early as seats fill quickly. Hope to see you there!
