APPLICATION PROCESS
Research Plan (one to two pages) should be submitted by the student (and copied to the faculty mentor) electronically to Dr. Kimberly Gwinn ([log in to unmask]">[log in to unmask]

). Research Plan must include the following:
- Student name;
- College in which student is enrolled;
- Faculty mentor;
- Faculty mentor Department and College - The grant funding this research is designed to support cross-college research and
student- faculty mentor pairs must be from different colleges within the university;
- NIFA Priority Area Addressed:
- Rationale and significance of your proposed research;
- Research objective;
- Timeline;
- Budget (up to $1,500): Funding will be awarded to the faculty mentor;
- Planned presentation and publication venues (internal and external) for research findings.
