Topic: Measuring Freight Performance

Description: Performance measurement is currently at the forefront of the national transportation discussion. Transportation agencies at all levels of government are seeking to monitor existing system performance, identify investment needs and quantify the costs and benefits of improvement. This session focuses on initiatives being undertaken to provide tools for measuring the performance of freight and freight significant infrastructure on the transportation system.

These monthly seminars, sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration, are held via web conference, which means that you view the PowerPoint presentations over the Internet while listening to the presenters over your computer or the telephone. There is no cost involved and you do not have to leave your desk to participate.
