Hi, Has anyone been evaluated under the TEAM model yet? For those of us not in the classroom on a regular basis, are your administrators having you prepare a portfolio? How are you documenting your value/planning/etc? Also, do you do a needs assessment or program evaluation? Igf you do, would you be willing to share a copy. Our school has never done one, but now part of the evaluation is based on HOW we use the data from our needs assessment. If you haven't done a needs assessment, what data are you using for this part of the evauation? Thanks!
