a great opportunity for individuals to see some of the most famous gardens in the world, General Life at the Alhambra in Granada and the Prado Botanical Gardens (Real Jardin Botanico) in Madrid, Guell Park in Barcelona designed by Gaudi. The tour will also
visit the botanical gardens and research center in Madrid at Universidad de Alcala and an Eco-Botanical Garden at the water shed lake in Seville. We will also visit the Alcazar in Segovia and see the incredible Roman Aqueduct. The Seville Cathedral is the
third largest cathedral in the world by square meters and the largest by cubic meters. See where Columbus received his commission from Isabella for the exploration that led to the discovery of the Americas. Visit the oldest garden in Europe at the La Mezquita

The tour will be led by Dr. John Overby of The University of Tennessee at Martin and Mr. Jason Reeves of The University of Tennessee Gardens-Jackson, TN. Mr. Reeves is a well-known horticulturalist and
Dr. Overby has led five previous tours of Spain. The tour package is all inclusive expect for: lodging in Nashville, lunches and dinners, and tips. All airfare, lodging, entrance fees, hot breakfasts, and land transportation are included. The group will
convene in Nashville on March 1 for a meeting and depart for Barcelona on Friday, March 2. We will return to Nashville from Madrid on Monday,
