Hello friends and colleagues,

(no, I'm not asking for money!)

Will you commit to doing one simple task:  post (or identify someone at your school to post) the attached flyer on your school counseling and/or main school page?  Your assistance in helping promote this regional fair is greatly appreciated!

Beyond that, icing on the cake would be if you or someone you know would be willing to help with some minor details of the college fair.  Areas where help is needed include:

1.  Copying student registration forms and getting them delivered to Central High School prior to the fair.

2.  Ordering and picking up food for the college reps--last year we used Nixon's deli which is real close to Central--just need someone to place the order, pick up the  food and the same person or a second contact to purchase drinks and cookies or desserts at a grocery store.  Keep your receipts and SMCA will reimburse you for the costs.

3.  Assist with registration the night of the  fair (requires being at Central by 5:30 to direct college reps to their tables and to welcome students & parents and collect student registration forms.

4.  Copy and collect college fair evaluation forms from the College reps.

I am confident professional school counselors will answer the call for assistance!
