Len Asprey, KM Adjunct Professor is to be featured in an online open house Friday, June 17 at noon. In his presentation he will talk about his work in document and records management including highlighting the business value of his work. He will also touch on the movement to extract knowledge and ideas from records, and policy issues related to new forms of records including social media, multimedia, complex objects.
