Time: 1:00 – 2:30 pm ET

Topic: Freight and Livability

Description: Both freight transportation and livability have become federal government and U.S. DOT priorities in recent years, as illustrated by the focus on both priorities within the TIGER grant programs. These are not mutually exclusive pursuits. This webinar will identify and examine areas of commonality between freight transportation and livability, explain how freight movements are vital for supporting livable communities, and discuss how communities are working to meet their livability and freight transportation needs.

Presenters: Chip Millard, FHWA Office of Freight Management and Operations; Other Presenters TBD
