Staff at the Commission on Teacher Credentialing have prepared a survey intended to obtain stakeholder input on revised program standards for the California Teacher Librarian Services Credential. This survey includes an introduction to the standards (in three parts due to its length) and background explanation for a proposed Special Class Authorization to enable Teacher Librarians to teach courses in digital literacy and information.
