Dear all, Our School of Communication and Information/LIS Department worked with the Rutgers Libraries faculty to ensure that the Encyclopedia would be accessible for our faculty and students. The electronic version is elegant and easy to use -- we're happy to be able to benefit from this comprehensive work. Many thanks to Marcia and Mary for enduring and completing the project. The large number of authors makes this work a community effort as well. It seems to me that it should be available to all Information scholars or scholars from any field who wish to learn about the many aspects of research in library and information science. When use is amortized over multiple years and considering the size and scope of the work, the price is fair .
