Dear Families, OMK Camp registration is now open for Greeneville OMK Adventure Camp. Camp will be held July 11 - 15 at the Clyde Austin 4-H Center in Greeneville, TN. This camp is open to youth who have a parent in the military and are in grades 6 - 8 as of January 1, 2011. All branches and components are welcome. The following counties are eligible to camp at this location: Anderson, Bledsoe, Blount, Bradley, Caiborne, Campbell, Carter, Cocke, Cumberland, Fentress, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hamilton, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Knox, Loudon, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Polk, Rhea, Roane, Scott, Sevier, Sullivan, Unicoi, Union, Washington.* Cost is $20 (plus transportation if provided by your county) and deadline to register is June 29th. Camp is filled on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited, so call your county 4-H Agent today. Contact information for your county Extension office can be found online. Follow the link: http://www.utextension.utk.edu/offices/default.asp then select your county for more information. * Central Region Counties will camp in Crossville (May 31 - June 3): Bedford, Cannon, Cheatham, Clay, Coffee, Davidson, Dekalb, Franklin, Giles, Grundy, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Marshall, Maury, Moore, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Robertson, Rutherford, Sequatchie, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Van Buren, Warren, White, Williamson, and Wilson * Western Region counties will camp in Columbia (July 5 - 8): Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dickson, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Lake, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Lewis, Madison, McNairy, Montgomery, Obion, Perry, Shelby, Stewart, Tipton, Wayne, Weakly Please see attached flyer for more information or to share with other military families who might benefit from this camp.
