Colleagues, It is that exciting time of year that we pause and reflect on the good deeds of others. As Jerry Askew said during the SMCA 1-Day conference, “None of us has the power to fully pay back to those who have done so much FOR us...but we all have the power to pay it forward on their behalf.” I believe that we pay it forward by recognizing their contributions and excellence. So, as most of you head out on Spring Break, think about your colleagues you admire and respect. Nominating does require two letters of recommendation, so don’t wait until the end of the deadline.
