IMLS Accepting Applications for Native American Library Services Enhancement Grants

Application Deadline: May 2, 2011

Washington, DC—The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) is accepting grant applications to the Native American Library Services Enhancement Grant program.

Federally-recognized tribes and Alaska Native villages and corporations are encouraged to apply. The competitive Enhancement Grants support exemplary projects designed to enhance library services to communities and to serve as model projects for others. Applicants may request up to $150,000.

Prospective applicants are invited to participate in a webinar on Monday, March 7, 2011, 4:00-5:00 PM Eastern Time to learn more about the program. Instructions for connecting to the webinar will be available on the application guidelines and instructions page closer to the webinar date.
