The events chair for the International Association for Intelligence Education (IAFIE) www.iafie.org, Edna Reid <[log in to unmask]>, is organizing the annual conference that will be held at: The John Hopkins University, School of International Studies, from June 6-9, 2011. Registration is $250. This is a great opportunity to network with intelligence educators and attend valuable workshops on curriculum development in intelligence analysis, approaches for teaching critical thinking, authors' roundtable on intelligence research, and other interesting topics. The conference organizers are also looking for university students and others to volunteer at the conference. Please contact Dr. Reid if you are interested or would like additional information. An additional advantage for attendees, including the volunteers, is that the National Defense Intelligence College (NDIC) will have an exhibit of free intelligence studies books to give away.
