Congressman Wamp will discuss his ventures since leaving office; the companies with which he is currently working; and his media endeavors.

Rep.  Zach Wamp represented Tennessee's 3rd Congressional District from 1995 until 2010.  He served with seniority on the House Appropriations Committee on the Energy and Water Subcommittee and as Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Military Construction and Veterans Affairs.

Wamp established himself as a leader on national issues such as alternative energy, preventive health care and global security. He was the co-chairman of the House Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucus and the founder and co-chairman of the Congressional Fitness Caucus.

Building on regional assets in the Tennessee Valley, Zach was instrumental in forming the Tennessee Valley Technology Corridor, which has held nearly 20 regional technology "summits" advancing a manufacturing and technology-based economic development agenda.

A Chattanooga native, Zach spent 12 years as a small businessman and commercial real estate broker before being elected to Congress.
