Hear at San Bernardino Public; We have 9 of the ELS, and one of the new touch screen units. We had them for or five years now, we have had very little problems with them. We have had to replace the mice most often kids like to pull on them. We had one monitor go bad but AWE replaced quickly. If there are any problems with a computer AWE ships us a loaner we ship the messed up unit back to them, when they fixed it they return it to us we send the loaner back to them.

We do not have any of the ELS attached to our network. They are stand -a- lone units. They have no internet connection.  We have not had any problems with this set up.

Subject: Early literacy stations

Does anyone have these early literacy stations installed in your branches? Can you give me your stories? Good, bad, indifferent? Do you have them connected to your network?
