We have 5 of these stations installed in 4 of our branch libraries and 1 at our central library. We have not had any problems with them and the children love them. Ours are not connected to our network and tech support does not work on these machines. If you need early literacy stations for your branches, I would recommend them. Tech support likes them because ours have been maintenance free.
We are a rural county with 11 libraries scattered across 5,000 square miles.
