We have had AWE desktop models for several years and laptop models for about a year. Never had any trouble with any of them. They are not connected to the network. The kids seem to like them. We did have to replace some of the mice as kids chewed on the cords or whatever but other than that the units have been trouble free and have required very little in the way of support. Phillip B. Can you give me your stories? Good, bad, indifferent? Do you have them connected to your network? http://www.awe-net.com/ Thanks, Gretchen Garcia MCLD IT Services [log in to unmask] http://www.mcldaz.org Remember to smile, it's free! ;)
