Vacancy: Texas A&M Univ. NSF-Research Experience for Undergraduate research in Costa Rica
Texas A&M University has a new REU site funded by the National Science Foundation for 10 undergraduate students to conduct cutting-edge research in the cloud forests of Costa Rica. Specifically, students will have an opportunity to conduct research in the areas of:
* Climate controls and change in a cloud forest * Plant-atmosphere feedbacks * Soil-atmosphere interaction * Partitioning of atmosphere and soil moisture
Successful applicants will receive all expenses paid trip to Costa Rica in addition to a $500 a week stipend.
