A power outage is scheduled for Hess Hall and Melrose Hall to begin at 7:30 AM on 07/19/11 and continue to 9:30 AM on 07/19/11.

The purpose of the outage is to assist the Fire Marshall with Fire Alarm Testing of Emergency System at Hess Hall.
