Category : Email Level : green Message : The send/receive update problems that Outlook users were experiencing have been resolved. At this time, OIT recommends that users revert their Outlook clients back to the default send/receive settings. Instructions: 1. Access the Send/Receive settings (For 2003/2007: Tools->Send/Receive; For 2010: Send/Receive Tab->Send/Receive Groups), select Define Send/Receive Groups. 2. Click Edit. 3. Uncheck the "Include the selected account in this group" box. Then, click OK and close the Send/Receive Groups window.
