Option to begin in Spain or Portugal and then continue at top-rated Univ of Muenster (Germany). I was one of the creators of the Master program (before joining Esri) so I can vouch for the quality of the people, program, and overall international experience. North American students qualify as 3rd-country students. And the 3rd-country scholar category is actually a visiting teacher position (7200 euros for 3 months) for non-Europeans. Not a bad opportunity for a mini-sabbatical in Spain or Portugal. All instruction in the master is in English language. Check it out.
